According to Yoruba belief spirits called Egungun are Iku's (Death) messengers. Traditionally during festivals among the Yoruba community, men masquerade themselves as Egungun in voluminous and fancy dress and dance in a parade meant to venerate ancestors. This is an original short story in comic format of the Egungun as I think they would operate according to Yoruba myth.
